Barista/Front Counter

Job Summary
Join our amazing team! Full-time Barista / Front Counter Associate, per hour plus tips. You will be the friendly face welcoming new and regular customers, getting to know them by name, creating specialty coffee drinks, assisting with food and beverage orders, and ensuring a smooth, efficient service experience. Your customer service skills will help create a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Whether filling orders, operating the POS system, or managing transactions, your proactive approach will drive sales and elevate the overall customer experience. Strong work ethic, punctuality and being a team player is a must. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Strong Barista skills and assembling food items efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, including bussing tables and food handling station
• Assist in food preparation tasks in the kitchen or café area as needed
• Manage time effectively during busy periods

Experience

• Prior experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive communication style
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
