We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting café restaurant environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards In a fast pace.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
• Utilize time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
• Demonstrate knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and sales reporting.
• Welcome and seat guests

Experience

• Previous barista experience or experience in the food service industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and food preparation practices is essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
