Barista/Juice Bar Staff

Job Details:

Has a previous Juice & Smoothie Bar and Barista experience preferred With at least 1 year minimum experience as Food/Juice Bar Sales Staff.
Must have full knowledge of various coffee brands / smoothies and fresh juices.
Prepare all juice bar drinks ordered consistently and safely while maintaining high productivity levels.
Keep ready all the Items to run the operation smoothly.
Maintain temperature record for all the Freezer and Chillers allocated for Bar.
Perform side work duties assigned.
Stock taking and Inventory (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).
Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked by front-facing, checking codes, rotating, and removing out-of-date products.
Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized working and shopping environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
Ability to deliver information in a clear and respectable manner to fellow team members and customers
Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
Ability to sell proactively.
Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in department.
Effective time management skills - Strong work ethic and integrity - Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Desired Work
Health, Safety and Security.
Always Maintain the required standard of operational hygiene according to cleaning routes.
Be aware of the Restaurant policies and procedures relating to health, hygiene, and fire life safety and ensure your direct reports do the same.
Maintain the Coffee Machine and the other equipment such as the Blenders, Juicers, Mixers, knives, etc.
