Barista/Kitchen Staff

Komma Tea in Concord, North Carolina is looking for baristas to join our new team as we establish operations in the area. We are located on 8111 Concord Mills Boulevard. Trained on all barista roles and responsibilities. Responsible for brewing tea and tapioca on time, dependent on customer traffic flow. Resume required upon request---looking for long term workers that are interested in providing world-class customer service while being part of an expanding team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Interact with customers regularly and professionally

Qualifications

• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
