Barista/Kitchen Staff

• Reporting to work on time
• Ability to work on weekends/holidays as seasonal business levels change
• Receiving and proper storage of supplies and ingredients
• Ability to correctly lift and move objects of 50 lbs or more
• Upholding cleanliness and standards of facility to meet all local and federal requirements
• Works well in a team environment
• Focus on customer service
• Is self motivated and focused on staying busy/multi-tasking
• Able to manage multiple barista tickets
• Ability to use coffee equipment and knows coffee/espresso drinks
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage customer/team interactions
• Ability to maintain par levels and communicate potential shortages
• Have an attention to detail, quality, and execution
• Upholding high sanitation and safety standards
• ability to follow recipes for all beverage requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
