Barista/Kitchen Staff

Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Barista who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality. The ideal candidate excels at multitasking, prioritizes effectively, and brings a continuous-improvement mindset to the team. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality specialty drinks, preparing basic food items, and delivering a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse menu of specialty beverages with precision and consistency.
• Uphold strict cleanliness and organizational standards across all work and dining areas.
• Provide attentive customer service, efficiently managing orders and resolving guest inquiries.
• Foster community engagement through meaningful, positive interactions with regulars.
• Manage transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Assist with inventory tracking for coffee, dairy, syrups, and other essential supplies.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food retail or specialty coffee preferred.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen utensil handling and basic food preparation.
• Proven customer service skills in a fast-casual or retail setting.
• Solid understanding of food safety protocols.

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
