This position requires weekend availability.

*Income for this position is tip based and consistent with the figure mentioned in the job posting. Starting hourly rate is $11.00 + cash tips (equate to an average of $18-$20+ per hour).

Experience, Skills and Abilities for the Position

• Positive, out-going, & energetic
• Flexible schedule, with the availability to work weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to resolve customer concerns
• At least 18 years of age
• Greeting customers
• Barista experience
• Assisting customers in the selection of bread, pastries, and other Crust products
• Packaging baked goods and other items
• Answering any product or process-related questions customers may have
• Handling cash and credit transactions
• Prepare coffee, cocktails, and other beverages offered through Crust

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, using equipment such as espresso machines and coffee brewers, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and answering questions about menu items.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) for transactions involving cash handling, credit card processing, and sales recording.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and food safety protocols.
• Manage retail inventory levels, restock merchandise, and organize displays to enhance the guest experience.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
