Crema Gourmet Aventura is NOW OPEN! We are looking for Front of House team members for cashier/juicing/barista. WALK-IN INTERVIEWS EVERY MONDAY AND TUESDAY

8am - 3pm. Ask for a manager. Looking to hire asap.

Plenty of free parking.

JUICERS/CASHIER/RUNNER - ($14/HR + mandatory service charge and tips)

BARISTA - ($15-16/HR + mandatory service charge and tips)(based on exp)

Service Charge/Tips average $3-$5/hr

Duties

• Collaborate with different departments to support daily operations and special projects, adapting to evolving needs.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment across all areas of the organization.
• Perform a variety of tasks such as inventory management, data entry, customer service, or logistical support depending on current needs.
• Engage with team members and clients professionally to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.
• Follow established procedures and safety protocols diligently while executing assigned responsibilities.
• Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback and suggestions based on your hands-on experience.
• Support training initiatives by learning new skills quickly and sharing knowledge with peers as needed.
• Take on special assignments or temporary roles that may arise to meet organizational goals.

Requirements

• Ability to perform a wide range of physical activities including standing, walking, lifting, or bending as required by various tasks.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients across different functions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and take on diverse responsibilities confidently.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality to ensure consistent support across all roles.
• Basic proficiency with computers or relevant tools; willingness to learn new systems quickly.
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach toward teamwork and problem-solving.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in any work environment or customer service role is advantageous but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to learn multiple tasks rapidly and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to undertake training or certification programs relevant to specific duties as needed.
