Position Details

Seasonal Position: May through August (with some positions extending into September)
Pay: $12/hour base pay + $7–9/hour in tips
Location: Keystone, SD

Housing is not provided. Applicants must be able to commute or secure housing locally.

We operate with a mixed-age team:

• Under 21: Barista and coffee shop and food service duties only
• 21 and over: Barista duties plus wine tasting associate responsibilities

We are hiring for a variety of positions and shifts throughout the week. While all availability will be considered, applicants with evening, weekend, and Sunday availability—especially those 21+—may receive priority consideration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso and specialty coffee drinks
• Prepare and serve food items, baked goods, and gelato
• Conduct wine tastings and learn about wine varieties (21+ only)
• Bake pastries each morning
• Take customer orders and operate a cash register
• Prepare daily cash deposits
• Engage with guests and provide excellent customer service
• Work closely with other team members to keep operations running smoothly
• Assist with dishes, table bussing, cleaning, and general upkeep

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work well with others as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
