Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items with precision and care, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalised recommendations.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Assist customers with product selections, upselling items to enhance their experience while meeting sales goals.
• Handle cash register operations including cashiering duties, basic math calculations for transactions, and balancing cash drawers at shift end.
• Maintain food handling standards by following proper procedures for food preparation, serving, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations.
• in food service or retail environments that involve serving customers directly.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.
