Must be 21+ with Food Handlers and RBS certification, as well as 2 years of Barista experience. No exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive seating assistance and accomdation
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast or Clover, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff.
• Prepare and serve your own drinks from lattes to mimosas
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, food safety, and sanitation.
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly during busy brunch hours, and supporting kitchen staff with basic food handling or prep tasks when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations.

Experience

• 2+ years Barista experience required
• Previous experience in restaurant environments is required, especially in upscale casual settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast and Clover
• Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to guest interactions.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and bill splitting are essential to ensure accuracy in transactions.

Pay: From $18.21 per hour
