Responsibilities

• Open the café and prep for the day
• Craft high-quality coffee and espresso drinks with care and consistency
• Provide warm, welcoming customer service
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions efficiently
• Keep the café clean, organized, and inviting
• Help with restocking and daily operational tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of barista experience required
• Must be punctual and dependable—8 AM start is non-negotiable - 7:30 arrival to open the store by 8 AM.
• Strong espresso and coffee knowledge
• Friendly, professional, and works well under pressure
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
