Barista/Shift Supervisor

**Currently seeking experienced Barista with potential to be a Shift Lead shortly after training to join our Ohana. Prior F&B, Barista, and Lead experience preferred, or strong combination therefore of required. Most shifts are either opening at 5:30am OR closing until 6:30pm. Roughly 20-25 hours per week, weekday and weekend shifts.**

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Bad Ass Coffee
• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.
• Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues.
• Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
• Delivers excellent customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
• Follows Bad Ass Coffee's operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift.
• Provides drinks, and food products consistently for all customers by following recipes and company standards. Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
• Communicates information to the manager to effectively maintain the Bad Ass Coffee store and customer experience.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
