Konesseur is a premium lifestyle and retail concept in Dubai, offering curated luxury products, refined experiences, and a high-end environment for visitors and clients. As part of elevating the in-store experience, we are introducing a small beverage corner to offer guests complimentary specialty drinks while they explore the store.

We are looking for a Barista to join our team to support this in-store hospitality experience.

Role Overview

The Barista will prepare simple, high-quality beverages for customers and VIP guests visiting the store. This role is focused on hospitality, presentation, and customer experience, not on running a café.

The environment is luxury retail — calm, clean, and service-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and basic drinks for customers visiting the store.
• Provide warm, welcoming hospitality to clients and VIPs.
• Maintain the beverage counter clean, tidy, stocked, and presentable at all times.
• Ensure consistency, hygiene, and quality standards for all drinks.
• Support the retail team by offering guests beverages during peak hours, appointments, events, or client meetings.
• Assist with small in-store events and activations where refreshments are served.
• Maintain equipment (coffee machine, kettle, grinder, etc.) and ensure they are functioning properly.
• Follow all hygiene and food-safety guidelines.
• Support the store team when needed (light assistance, basic tasks, etc.) — NOT sales.

Requirements

• Experience as a Barista, hospitality staff, or customer-facing service role.
• Basic knowledge of preparing espresso-based drinks and teas.
• Presentable, polite, and comfortable dealing with high-end clientele.
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a luxury retail environment (calm, elegant, organized).
• Attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Flexibility with working hours, weekends, and events.
