Barista/Waiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, high-energy Barista to join our team! As a Barista, you will be the face of our coffee shop, crafting exceptional beverages and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Craft Exceptional Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso, lattes, teas, and seasonal specialties, maintaining strict quality and presentation standards.
• Deliver Great Service: Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately, answer questions about our menu, and handle cash/POS transactions efficiently.
• Maintain Shop Standards: Keep the bar, seating areas, and equipment clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the shift.
• Manage Inventory: Restock coffee beans, pastries, milk, and merchandise; report low inventory to the manager.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak rush hours.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Previous barista or specialty coffee experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude!
• Customer-First Mindset: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Speed & Efficiency: Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
