Barista/Waiter/Waitress

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Prepare food and beverages as per brand standards
• Operate POS/cash counter and handle cash/card payments
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, kitchen, and service areas
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety guidelines
• Support team members during busy hours
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in QSR or Cafe is preferred
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus
• Good communication skills in English
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit to stand for long hours
