Barista/Waitress/Cashier

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Arabic-speaking Barista cum Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and handling cash transactions efficiently. The role requires good communication skills in Arabic and basic English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards
• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
• Maintain cleanliness of the barista station, equipment, and dining area
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
• Ensure all items are served fresh and presented well
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Follow hygiene, safety, and quality control guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing duties

Requirements:

• Must speak Arabic fluently (English is an advantage)
• Previous experience as a barista or cashier is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, punctual, and team-oriented
• Basic math skills for handling cash
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends or holidays
