We’re Hiring: International Sales Associate (Front Sales & Upsell) – US Region (Bark Platform)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure clients for services including website development, logo design, and digital marketing.
• Build, manage, and strengthen client relationships to achieve sales goals and maximize revenue.
• Prospect and cold-call potential customers to expand market reach.
• Deliver engaging client pitches, meetings, and presentations to highlight our service offerings.
• Assess client requirements and provide customized solutions to support their goals.
• Leverage Bark (lead generation platform) to source, engage, and convert leads.
• Collaborate with internal design and development teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Keep detailed records of sales activities, leads, and conversions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales within the design and development industry; prior experience with Bark is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work during US business hours (Night Shift).

Compensation

Salary + Commission — Competitive base salary with performance-based commission tiers and attractive earning potential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
