​Job Overview

​ We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Arabian horse program. This role focuses on three main areas: managing our breeding program, preparing horses for beauty competitions, and handling the sale of horses.

Qualifications

​ Strong experience specifically with Arabian show horses.
​Solid knowledge of breeding and equine nutrition.
​Proven ability to manage horse sales and client relationships.
​Leadership skills to manage a dedicated stable team.

​Key Responsibilities

​ Breeding: Manage the breeding cycle, foaling, and pedigree records.
​Show Management: Oversee the training, conditioning, and preparation of horses for beauty competitions.

​Sales: Handle inquiries, manage horse sales, and network with potential buyers.
​Health: Coordinate with vets and farriers to keep show horses in peak condition.
