Performance Responsibilities: Maintains attendance and other student records as shall be required, also protects the confidentiality of these records.Types a variety of materials, such as letters, student records, reports, memos, purchase orders, etc., from rough drafts, general instructions or through established procedures.Acts as a receptionist, answers inquiries from the public, screens calls, and makes appointments.Performs various related office duties as assigned.Assists the administrative team.Length of Work Year: 12 monthsWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Communication requirements include the ability to hear and respond to voice and other sounds in small and large settings with background noise and to present information orally and in writing.
