About The Role
Bartender who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate experience.
What You Will Do
The Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar.
- Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits,
- Mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.
- Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction.
- Offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Able to manage guest Payment.
- Using the bar opening and closing inventory and check list.
- Fully aware by monthly inventory process.
- Follow all the Hygiene requirements, expiration date, first in and first out Etc.
