Bartender

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, and serve drinks according to recipes or customer preferences.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, utensils, and glassware.
• Check customers’ identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed (spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware, etc.).
• Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
• Provide recommendations and upsell beverages to enhance customer experience.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and professionally.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth service.
