Bartender

Position: Bartender

We’re looking for a well-rounded, proactive team player who’s comfortable wearing many hats – from assisting serving customers to supporting behind the bar and keeping things tidy, to handling stock, prepping deliveries, and lending a hand at events.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Customer Service + Bar Support

• Welcome and serve guests with warmth and enthusiasm
• Assist in bar setup, breakdown, cleaning, and restocking
• Replace and maintain kegs, bottles, and tap systems
• Keep fridges, prep areas, and the bar space clean and organized
• Share customer feedback and help improve daily service

Back-of-House + Admin Tasks

• Receive and organize stock deliveries
• Update inventory sheets, checklists, and basic admin logs
• Pack and prepare delivery orders accurately
• Maintain cleanliness in storage areas and chillers
• Handle payment receipts and light order tracking

Event Support

• Help transport and set up for markets, pop-ups, and festivals
• Represent YALA with a smile at events, offering samples and info
• Restock product and ensure smooth flow during activations
• Support in loading/unloading kegs and event gear

We’d Love If You Are:

• Passionate about kombucha, wellness, and local brands
• Friendly, curious, and upbeat with good vibes
• Adaptable and responsible in a hands-on, fast-paced space
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs safely
• Comfortable using basic tools (keg taps, bar equipment)
• Fluent in English (Arabic a plus)
• Punctual, honest, and a team player who takes initiative
