  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Ensure correct portioning, presentation, and quality of all drinks served.
  • Set up and maintain the bar area before, during, and after service.
  • Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or breakages.
  • Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders promptly.
  • Engage with guests professionally and recommend drinks when appropriate.
  • Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, storage, and service areas.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and local laws.
  • Work closely with service staff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Attend briefings and training sessions as scheduled.
  • Support team members during busy service periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in bartending or mixology is an advantage.
  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, bar, or restaurant (1–2 years preferred).
  • Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and POS knowledge.
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards.
  • Friendly, confident, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
