POSITION SUMMARY
Mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or through the waitstaff.


Hiring for Part Time mostly Weekends. Shifts will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Shift differentials of $1.00/hour extra for 4:00 p.m.- midnight and $2.00/hour extra for midnight - 8:00 a.m. We also offer a generous benefit package with Health, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Employee Discounts, Paid Time Off, Vacation, and 401k - with a company match.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Pick up money bank and verify cash with the Cage/Vault department at the beginning of shift to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
  • Be aware of all promotions. Know the menu and how the food is prepared.
  • Collect money for drinks served.
  • Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
  • Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
  • Balance cash receipts.
  • Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking, or ordering taxis or other transportation for intoxicated patrons.
  • Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws.
  • Clean bars, work areas, and tables.
  • Serve snacks or food items to customers seated at the bar.
  • Follow Casino and department policies and procedures, including all safety and service procedures
  • All other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required

Experience: No prior experience necessary

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and understanding required.
Must be proficient in MICROS software.

Certifications & Licenses: Must pass State and Federal background check and a pre-employment drug screening that includes THC testing.
Key Cash handling Gaming License.
