Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, recognizing signs of intoxication, and enforce responsible serving policies.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by setting up bars, serving drinks, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills and basic math proficiency; perform cashiering duties as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service or banquet events to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Uphold all food safety regulations and health standards to guarantee a safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in busy environments while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices.
• Experience in retail math or cash handling ensures accuracy during transactions.
• Exposure to the food industry or hospitality sector enhances your ability to adapt quickly to various event types like catering or banquets.
