Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales recording.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Effectively manage your time during busy shifts by prioritizing orders, serving multiple tables or bar stations efficiently.
- Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by serving drinks promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Support team members by collaborating seamlessly in fast-paced environments like food service, retail math tasks, or hospitality settings.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous for smooth transaction processing.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and food handling procedures to ensure guest safety at all times.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities through excellent time management skills during peak hours.
- Experience in sales-driven environments with a focus on customer service excellence within the food industry or hospitality sector.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order entry are essential.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting adds value to your ability to serve diverse drink selections confidently.
