Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately using POS systems such as Toast, and providing personalized recommendations
• Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering duties, basic math calculations, and processing payments efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
• Monitor guest behavior in nightclubs or banquet settings to ensure safety while creating an enjoyable environment
• Restock bar supplies regularly, manage inventory levels, and communicate needs for replenishment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or food service events to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverages

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast; experience with cashiering and retail math is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management
• Previous experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector is desirable; retail math skills are beneficial
