Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages with consistency and quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
• Engage with guests and create a welcoming, positive bar atmosphere
• Accurately process payments and follow proper cash handling procedures
• Learn the food and beverage menu and confidently make recommendations
• Promote featured cocktails, wines, and specials
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible service
• Help resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Continue learning and building knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred
• Basic mixology knowledge required
• Wine knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
