Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, particularly within a nightclub or restaurant setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing cash handling, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent hospitality, taking orders and offering recommendations.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, assisting with restocking as needed.
• Comply with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or bartending is required, particularly in a nightclub or restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is essential.
• Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency to manage transactions effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers.
• A strong sense of hospitality and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
