Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders efficiently while providing knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools, glassware, and supplies are properly stocked and sanitized.
• Manage POS systems
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulation
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food
• Handle cash transactions confidently, balancing registers at shift end while maintaining accuracy in retail math and cashiering procedures.

Requirements

• Must have basset & food handlers
• Proven experience as a bartender or in food service roles
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong time management skills to prioritize multiple orders during busy hours while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to serve diverse guests professionally and courteously.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing.
• Previous experience in hospitality environments like brewing establishments or the food industry is highly valued. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.23 per hour
