Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greet customer warmly, take orders accurately, make drink recommendations, handle complaints professionally, and ensure every guest has a positive experience.
Beverage Preparation: Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, craft cocktails according to recipes or customer preferences, garnish drinks appropriately, and maintain high drink quality standards.
Bar Operations: Clean and organize the bar area, wash glassware, restock supplies including ice, garnishes, and liquor to ensure smooth service.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies as needed, and rotate products to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
Financial Transactions: Handle cash and credit card payments, operate POS systems efficiently, and manage customer tabs accurately.
Safety & Compliance: Check IDs to verify legal drinking age, monitor patrons for signs of intoxication, and adhere to all food safety and alcohol service laws, including TIPS and ServSafe guidelines.
