As a lifestyle brand team member, the baristas will enthusiastically work with clients and promote the cafe experience in a way that aligns with the hotel’s printing history identity.

Your Position
The Bartender is the core of the Letterpress Lounge experience, bringing energy, charisma, and efficiency to every shift. As a brand ambassador, they craft exceptional cocktails with precision and creativity while delivering top-tier hospitality. Whether engaging with guests, curating a memorable drink selection, or maintaining a seamless workflow, they set the tone for an inviting atmosphere. With a commitment to excellence, they ensure every guest leaves with an unforgettable experience.

• Skilled in craft bartending, with a strong understanding of flavor pairings and presentation.
• Professional, polished, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building guest relationships.
• Comfortable using POS systems and managing transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Highly organized, with the ability to maintain a smooth and efficient bar operation.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with bar and restaurant management to plan for in-house events, ensuring smooth bar operations.
• Prepare and set up bar areas according to established standards and procedures.
• Crafts and serves cocktails with professionalism, following all safety guidelines and beverage policies.
• Assists with taking and delivering orders, providing courteous and efficient service.
• Maintains an organized bar, promptly clearing glassware, dish-ware, and waste.
• Proactively upholds cleanliness standards throughout each shift.
• Supports team members and other departments as needed.
• Efficiently handle guest transactions by following proper cash handling procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
