Bartender

Join our team at Al & Alma’s, a classic supper club experience located right on the shores of Lake Minnetonka! We’re looking for an energetic, reliable bartender who enjoys a fast-paced environment, great customers, and being part of a fun, experienced team.

Position Details:

• Evening shifts
• 3–5 nights per week (flexible scheduling)
• Pay: Minimum wage + tips

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests at the bar and dining area
• Maintain a clean, organized bar
• Handle transactions accurately using our Toast POS
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to create a great guest experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior bartending experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and team player
• Must meet Minnesota age requirements for serving alcohol
