Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to provide exceptional customer service and enhance their overall experience.
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures, while balancing registers at shift end.
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving food items during banquets or catering events, ensuring proper food safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or special events like nightclubs or large banquets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings; previous retail math or hospitality experience is highly valued.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and sales processing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and beverage preparation standards.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local regulations; certifications related to alcohol service are a plus.
• Knowledge of the food industry, brewing processes, catering operations, and restaurant experience enhances your ability to excel in this role.
