We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, provide outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about the food and beverage industry, thrives in fast-paced environments, and possesses a keen eye for detail. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet hall, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
  • Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drink options accordingly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
  • Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately
  • Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management
  • Ensure responsible serving by checking IDs and adhering to legal alcohol service regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events, banquets, or special functions to deliver seamless service
  • Uphold high standards of customer service by creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere in nightclub or restaurant settings

Skills

  • Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments
  • Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude
  • Familiarity with food industry terminology and hospitality standards
  • Experience with brewing or beverage crafting is a plus; serving or catering experience highly valued
  • Knowledge of food industry regulations related to alcohol service and food safety compliance
