Bartender

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Manage POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently while minimizing waste; handle food handling procedures when necessary.
• Assist with catering events or banquets by serving drinks promptly and managing multiple tables or stations seamlessly.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, particularly with fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations professionally.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving protocols.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and inventory management.
• Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus; knowledge of brewing or beverage crafting enhances your versatility.
