Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and ensuring accurate cash handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following food safety and food handling protocols at all times.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through excellent time management skills, ensuring prompt service during busy hours.
• Upsell menu items including specialty drinks, promoting sales while providing detailed product knowledge to guests.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially in nightclubs or lively event settings like banquets or catering functions.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service across food service, beverage preparation, and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, restaurants, or hospitality environments; banquet experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and cash handling.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Basic math skills for cashiering, retail math calculations, and managing tabs accurately.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
