Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to recommend drinks, answer questions, and enhance their overall experience.
• Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with legal alcohol service requirements.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow without interruption.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers during banquet events or catering functions to deliver seamless service in various settings including nightclubs, restaurants, or banquet halls.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or in food service roles within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cashiering and cash handling is essential.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices, beverage preparation techniques, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for sales transactions, retail math calculations, and inventory management.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector; retail math skills are a plus.
