Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience, ensuring they feel appreciated and well-attended.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while balancing registers at shift end; perform basic math calculations for sales accuracy.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, identify intoxicated guests, and enforce legal drinking age policies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food service during banquets or catering events; assist in serving food when needed.
• Uphold all food safety protocols related to food handling, beverage preparation, and general cleanliness.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple guests promptly without sacrificing quality or safety.
• Support the team during special events such as nightclubs or large banquets by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a lively atmosphere.

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales transactions.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously through excellent time management skills.
• Previous retail math or hospitality experience that enhances your ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
• Experience working in the food industry or catering environments is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that energizes guests and fosters repeat visits.
