Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales
• Ensure adherence to food safety and food handling regulations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage recipes to assist guests effectively
• Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by serving drinks promptly and professionally while managing time efficiently

Experience

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality environments is required, preferably within fine dining setting
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast enhances efficiency in order processing
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts, ensuring prompt service without sacrificing quality
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations
