Bartender

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and policies
• Assist with food service when necessary, including serving snacks or light fare during busy hours
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, utilizing basic math skills for accurate cashiering and retail math calculations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role, preferably within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with POS transactions is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events like catering or banquets
• Basic math proficiency for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math tasks
• Previous experience in hospitality environments such as restaurants, food industry settings, or brewing establishments is preferred
