Bartender

West L.A. bar and restaurant, Sorry Not Sorry, is seeking to hire an experienced bartender. We have part-time positions which are appropriate for a person who can work in the service well, a satellite "speed bar", or in our regular bar.

Sorry Not Sorry is a playful rosé-wine forward cocktail garden and restaurant. We serve fresh takes on garden party menu classics and unique craft cocktails. Our 4000 square foot open air back patio provides a "safer outside" space for guests to enjoy perfect L.A. weather in a covid-safe environment.

In this position, you will need to be able to work as a bartender in a large-volume setting. You must be able to sell our signature cocktails, classic off-menu cocktails, and help guests select wines and spirits in addition to selling food. The usual side work, such as sweeping the floors, wiping down bottles, and re-setting the service stations is required and it's important that you can lift a case of wine or beer and other heavy objects, such as bar mats.

Training is typically 4 to 5 shifts, depending on prior experience with the Toast POS system and bartending experience.

Operating hours are:

Monday - Closed

Tuesday - 5pm to 10pm (Winter) or 5pm to 10pm

Wednesday - 5pm to 10pm (Winter) or 5pm to 10pm

Thursday - 5pm to 10pm (Winter) or 5pm to 10pm

Friday - 5pm to Midnight (Winter) or 5pm to 12am

Saturday - 12pm to Midnight (Winter) or 12pm to 12am

Sunday - 12pm to 10pm

We have a mandatory all-staff meeting every first Tuesday of the month at 12pm. All hires are required to attend every month.

Pay: $17.87 Hour + Tip

Tips: Pooled
