Bartender – Ozone Bar & Grill

Ozone Bar & Grill is looking for skilled, high-energy bartenders to join our team. If you’re passionate about craft cocktails, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to create a great guest experience both behind the bar and on the floor—we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and quality
• Provide exceptional service to bar guests and support the service well efficiently
• Engage with guests, create a welcoming atmosphere, and build regular clientele
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
• Follow proper inventory rotation (FIFO) and restocking procedures
• Handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions accurately
• Complete opening and closing duties

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• PA RAMP Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
