Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service from greeting to farewell.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
  • Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips.
  • Follow all food safety regulations related to food handling, serving alcohol responsibly, and maintaining a safe environment in nightclubs or banquet settings.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours like catering events or restaurant service.
  • Uphold responsible serving practices by recognizing intoxication signs and managing guest interactions professionally.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as catering or banquets.
  • Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of alcohol laws is advantageous.
