Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
• Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, including catering events, banquets, or nightclub shifts.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible serving policies to promote a safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating engaging guest interactions.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Experience in retail math or basic math skills necessary for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments within the food industry or hospitality sector.
