Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with skill and creativity, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at the end of shifts using retail math skills.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and responsible serving practices, especially in nightclub or banquet settings.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events or food service operations when needed.
• Uphold food handling protocols and ensure proper food safety practices during serving and preparation.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant, fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math, and sales calculations.
• Experience in brewing or hospitality industries is a plus; catering or food industry background is beneficial.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality operations. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
