Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently.
• Engage with guests warmly, taking drink orders and offering recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and processing payments swiftly.
• Ensure responsible serving by monitoring guest intoxication levels and adhering to alcohol service regulations.
• Restock bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Maryland Lottery is preferred but willing to train.
• Proven ability to manage cash handling accurately and perform retail math calculations confidently.
• Experience in food service environments with a focus on customer service excellence is required.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is necessary for compliance purposes.
• Prior experience in the food industry or hospitality sector demonstrates your ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
