Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and related offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by properly handling food and beverages, adhering to food handling regulations, and ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, basic math calculations, and balancing registers at the end of shifts.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub service by setting up bar stations, serving drinks promptly, and managing multiple tables or groups simultaneously.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices in compliance with alcohol service laws; intervene when necessary to promote safety.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality, support food service operations, and contribute to a lively atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Experience working in the food industry or retail math proficiency for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Prior experience in brewing or hospitality environments is a plus; certification in food safety or responsible beverage service is beneficial but not mandatory.
