Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote repeat business.
• Operate POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours, special events, or banquets.
• Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling and beverage service in accordance with health regulations.
• Assist with catering events by serving drinks efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Stay informed about menu updates, drink recipes, and promotions to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems is essential for efficient transaction processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals.
• Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is advantageous; retail math skills are also beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, or special event days.
